King Room with En-Suite (Rock face view)
Our King Room with en-suite facilities. Unfortunately this room doesn't benefit from sea loch views. This well appointed room is the quietest room on offer, it's located at the rear of the building and in our opinion has a nice rock face view from the window . This room has free wifi, tea & coffee making facilities and a television. You will find this room welcoming and comfortable whether your visit is business or pleasure.
Twin Room with Sea Views
Our Twin Room with a private bathroom, unfortunately the bathroom is not located within the room, the bathroom is located 1 meter across the hall from the room and is private to the room only. The room has stunning sea loch views of Lochcarron and the surrounding area. This well appointed room has free wifi, tea & coffee making facilities, slippers & robes and a television. You will find this room welcoming and comfortable whether your visit is business or pleasure.
Rockvilla Rooms
High Season (April – October)
During our busy summer months, we operate a contactless self check-in and check-out system for your convenience. This allows you to arrive and depart at flexible times, independently and efficiently — ideal for travellers with full itineraries. Your check-in details will be emailed to you on the morning of your arrival.
We do not currently offer a cooked breakfast during high season due to the high volume of single-night stays. However, each room includes a complimentary pain au chocolat and porridge pot, so you can start your morning at your own pace.
All guest rooms are located on the first floor and are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
We’re always available if you’d like assistance with check-in or help carrying luggage to your room — just send us a message.

Guests are also welcome to enjoy our lounge bar area, a relaxed space to unwind or socialise. Feel free to bring your own beverages (BYOB).
Low Season (November – March)
During the quieter months, we offer a selection of Hot Filled Rolls (pre-ordered), as well as evening meals and packed lunches on request.
